The IWC Pilot’s Watch, previously known as the “Mark” models, of course have a cult status. They are classic and simple with a monochrome theme, but in my experience, always come a bit bigger then expected.

The newest pilot watch fixes that issue with a 36mm variant and doubles down on the monochrome trope with a date window in a classic black instead of white, as we have seen in the previous models

The bracelet is sturdy and well made, and when attached to a dial run by a calibre 35111 movement, it becomes a contender for best minimalist watch on the market to wear on the daily
